Overcoming Resistance (Procrastination)

I know I have. It’s the go-to excuse you tell yourself for why you haven’t done [that thing you want to do], right?

Changing is HARD.

When we’ve been doing something for a long time, changing that habit is a real challenge. It takes concerted effort, thought and willpower that we’re already running short of.
